We are having a lovely Valentine's Day today! I hope all of you are, too.
I have a morning tradition that I have carried over from my childhood. I decorate the table for Valentine's Day the night before so that when the kids wake up it is there for them. We usually get them a little treat, too. My husband got me and my daughter roses (so sweet!) Today we had some sparkling cider and berry-filled crepes- Recipe is on my cooking blog.
We visited my grandma and brought her some flowers and will also be doing the same for my Mom. Both of them are alone this year for Valentine's Day. My grandfather passed away a few years ago, and my Dad is traveling on business. I wanted them to know they are loved!
