Learning With Bubble Wrap

We have used bubble wrap for a couple of fun things lately. 

 

We did some bubble wrap prints:

 

Just paint onto the bubble wrap and press your paper onto it to make fun colorful prints. 

 

 

My kids loved this.  My daughter pretty much loves anything that involves paint.  After we did this she told me I come up with the "funnest ideas".  It made me feel all warm & fuzzy inside to know that my efforts are appreciated! :)

 

The other bubble wrap project we did was with the bigger bubble wrap.  I wrote sight words that she is learning right on the individual bubbles.  As she read the word, she could pop the bubble.  She loved this! 

 

Great reading practice- but in a fun and sneaky way!
